Ingredients: 1 Cauliflower; 1 tbsp Smoked paprika; 2 tbsp Olive oil; 1 Red onion; 1 tbsp Olive oil; 3 cloves Garlic; 1 tbsp Smoked paprika; 1/2 tsp Chili powder or chipotle powder; 1 tsp Ground cumin; 1 tsp Oregano; 1 tin Chopped tomatoes; 2 tbsp Sun dried tomato paste; 1 pinch Sea salt; 1 pinch Black pepper; 150 g Cherry tomatoes; 1 handful Fresh coriander; 1 handful Mint; 1 Lime; 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil; 1 pinch Sea salt flakes; 1 pinch Chilli flakes
